Such an option could be at an intermediate price between LR and a full PS upgrade. The new ACR engine looks bomb, but I don't really see anything else in PS:CS6 I want. Why doesn't Adobe offer the option of upgrading just the ACR component for a fee? Also I'd like a list of known bugs so I don't have to search through the changes of all the subsequent updates to find out that Adobe knew about that one - and would like me to pay for the fix. I'd really prefer a fix that works with the products I have already PURCHASED - ie paid out for in hard earned. To get the fix I would have to update - requiring an update to CS6 as well.
